The Ice Man Dip & Dash is a challenging “survival” event, 4-mile run & 110 yard “ice” swim that originated with four fit guys who ran into an unforeseen obstacle on a New Year’s Day run. The cost is $40 for members and $45 for non-members until Dec. 31, 2024.
