Interested in building muscle and reducing fat?

Our 8-week, personal trainer-led small group training takes fitness beyond weight loss and pivots the focus to optimizing body composition transformation. Not only do our program participants emerge looking healthier and stronger, but they also gain confidence in the weight room and with their continued fitness journeys. The program runs from Sept. 9 through Nov. 1.

Participants train in a group twice a week with personalized programming designed to reduce fat and increase muscle, which helps elevate base metabolism and overall health. The program is inclusive of all athletic levels from beginners to more advanced weight lifters.

On non-training group days, your trainer will recommend appropriate Zone30 classes and other group exercise programming to continue momentum to your overall fitness goals.

Along the way, participants have the opportunity to enroll in programming and win challenges to increase their chances of winning cash prizes in the season finale celebration draw on Nov. 13, 2024.

If you enroll by August 23, 2024, you will receive the Zone30 program FREE while in training.
