WHAT IT’S ABOUT

Franco’s UltraFit FITNESS Challenge is a 10-week program designed for those with the primary goal to improve overall physical fitness and performance. Challengers are trained in small groups by a certified Personal Trainer 2 days/week plus specialty classes & physical challenges for a well-rounded workout and fun, friendly competition. Participants receive multiple Fitness Assessments & InBody™ tests to track progress throughout the program. A TEAM fitness challenge at the end will test all the new skills you acquired over the last 10 weeks.

COMPETITIVE (additional $75 registration fee)

  • Includes all training sessions/specialty classes, Physical Challenges on Fridays (Male/Female Division) plus the Team Challenge on Nov. 11

NON-COMPETITIVE

  • Includes Group Training Sessions/Friday Specialty Classes but no Friday Challenges or Final Team Challenge (although you can attend to watch!)

BODY COMPOSITION

  • Initial weigh in Mon/Tue, Sept. 4/5
  • Weigh in weekly, leaderboard posted every other week
  • Final Weigh Out Thu/Fri, Nov. 8/9
  • Scoring: % of fat lbs lost plus % LBM (lean body mass) muscle lbs gained
