What is my membership agreement?
The term is 12 months of paid membership. You will continue on a month to month basis, once your 12 months are completed.
Are month to month options available?
Yes, monthly options are available.
What is Club Enhancement Fee?
After your third month of membership, there is a club Enhancement fee of $49 that is billed on an annual basis.
How do I cancel my membership?
We must receive your cancelation request in writing, you can email businessoffice@francosmandeville.com or stop by any location and fill out a cancelation form with Membership Services.
How can I upgrade, downgrade or change my membership?
Just call our business office, at 985-643-2557. Upgrades and downgrades can be handled over the phone very easily for you.
Can I add a family member to my membership? Who is considered a family member?
Yes. Family members are considered legally married spouses or registered domestic partners and children in their household that they have legal custody of. Children can remain on a membership with their parents through the age of 21 or up to 24 with a college ID.
Can I add a grandchild to my membership?
You can add a grandchild to your membership if you have full custody, and can provide the corresponding paperwork. You can add a grandchild (without custody) during the Summer months, please contact our membership department.
Does My Company Have A Corporate Rate WIth Cross Gates?

Does my insurance cover a gym membership?
We have a number of agreements with insurance coverage for Medicare Supplemental. Please contact our membership department at 985-792-0295.
Can I bring a guest to the club or come as a guest?
Guests must present a valid photo ID and complete a waiver at each visit.
Local guests (residents of West St. Tammany Parish) and are limited to 3 visits.
Adult guest fee is $40, a guest with a member is $20 discounted rate
Child guest fee is $25, a guest with a member is $15 discounted rate
All Members and Guests
- Must have a valid ID to be a Guest in the club & complete a waiver at each visit.
- Must have shoes and shirt on while inside the building.
- May not smoke or vape anywhere on CG property.
- Kids 14 and under coming as a guest to the Club must have an adult 21 or older supervise them for the duration of their visit.
- Kids 17 and under are allowed in the cafe as long as they have ordered. Each individual must have ordered – drinks or sharing food does not count. Groups greater than 4 are not allowed and they must exhibit appropriate behavior and cleanliness.
- Kids ages 12-14 must be YFC Certified, wearing the YFC shirt and working out appropriately to be on the Fitness Floor.
