Pilates Class Options
Reformer / Tower Classes
Small group Reformer or Tower classes give you the opportunity to train on the reformer or tower with a certified Pilates instructor in a class that accomodates up to 6 people. If you have no prior Pilates experience, you will need to take one (1) private session with our Pilates Director free-of-charge.
Restorative Reformer
A Reformer Group class for clients in need of modifications or for those with limitations.
Pilates Reformer “Jump”
Pilates Reformer “JUMP” is an intermediate low-impact aerobic exercise class using a Pilates jump board & equipment.

Prior Pilates equipment experience necessary to join group classes
Space is limited so we encourage you to preregister for class online/ over the phone to ensure your spot in class.
