A one-week training program designed to teach children ages 8-14 how to use Franco’s weight room and cardio equipment safely and properly.

Kids receive knowledge of a proper workout program, club etiquette, nutrition, understanding of how the body works, development of exercise as a lifetime interest, access to the weight room & cardio room with parent supervision & a JFI t-shirt and ID Card. Class size limited to 12 participants.

To ensure that all members are exposed to every type of class, our schedule rotates weekly.
